UPDATE/FEES SCHEDULE

Legal option regarding payment and reimbursement to H2B employees:

“If your company elects to implement a policy where in the H2B workers’ pay their own inbound transportation costs and visa application fees. This would be acceptable under the 2008 regulation so long as this arrangement is clearly spelled out in advance in an agreement with the H2B worker and that the resulting application of the terms of the agreement does not violate FLSA or any other applicable laws.”

Free schedule and cost for the H2B visa program:

  1. All Government processing fee to obtain ETA750 approval.

  2. Reasonable cost of traveling to job (See H2B impact above).

  3. Commission to IRSS (Negotiable)

  4. Visa fee reimbursement to worker upon arrival (See H2B impact above).
